Today I'm very happy and felt lucky because I have opportunity to learn creative and innovative subject. The trainer is very expert and really creative man.

First, we learn the principle: Every new ideas is wrong idea and good idea. He always said, our subconscious mind is very powerful. So, to test our unconscious mind, we need to hit the potato by straw, until the straw penetrate the potato. Alhamdulillah, I manage to  do that.

Then, we discuss in group creative idea that we can invent to produce innovative product. A lot of genius and brilliant ideas we collected and the trainer very impress with our ideas. After that, Prof show us the videos of new product. I really impress and amaze!!!!! For your information, Prof got one bag called "Doraemon bag" which contain numerous innovative product that he buy from various country all over the world. For example "magic soap", ultraviolet spec with mp3 and camera, spinner, flexible screw driver, magnetic screw driver, electronic gadget that can measure height, foldable cup, rechargeable charger (use battery) and many things.

Meeting must be LEGAL and EFFICIENT..

Validity of meeting:

1.  Convened (meeting minutes)

- adequate notice

-no ambiguity

-authorized issue of notice

-send notice

-important content 

(place,date,day,time,bussiness,kind of meeting,date of notice, sign of authorized person)

2. Constituted 

-qourom (muster & maintain)

-valid chairman

3.Held

-chairman allow the proposal

-chairman ensure meeting is properly ascertained

Every person can only talk one time

We need to be person who say the right thing at the right way

Public speaking skills help to meet new challenges.



Effective public speakers are able to:

• speak confidently
• choose interesting subjects
• organize a speech that capture audience attention
• use language properly
• be more sensitive to the opinion of others

Elements of public speaking:

• volume
• rate
• emphasis- do not emphasis equally
• articulation
• organization
• word choice

Tips:

• Listen,learn....
• Calm,confident, use easy words, keep it simple

How to reach an audience through blogging???

 

 

 

In my opinion, blog is one of the communication tools to convey messages to the community. However, only certain people who have internet and computer can interact through blogging. There are various numbers of topics that we can share for example personal life experiences, events, cooking recipes, sports, travelling, hobbies, entertainments, education, job seekers and others.

 

Nowadays, a lot of people have their own blogs, including public figures such as Tun Dr. Mahathir, George Clooney and Julia Powell. And for your information, Julia Powell become millionaire by blogging because her blog had been made into movie.

But, how to reach an audience through blogging?

 

 

 

In my opinions, there are three aspects that we need to be emphasize.

 

 

 

 

1) Topic

 

• The topic that you want to focus must be interesting and catchy. For example, housewives prefer to search information about cooking recipes or teenagers who love to search more on entertainments and new gadgets. So, we can provide relevant informations for the different target of audiences.

 

 

2) Writing style

 

• The writing styles also play an important roles to attract the audience. Most people loves to read simple, easy to understand and straight-forward writing styles. However, it is depends on the different target audiences. For example,the businessman bloggers are more serious and profesional in their way of writing to ensure the trustworthy of the clients and customers about their business. But, teenagers bloggers usually use modern languages, write whatever that they want and not serious.
• So, bloggers have to know how to manipulate the title and the articles of the blog so that it will be more attractive. The contents must not be too long and complicated.

   

  3) Blog appearance

   

  
  

  • Besides, the appearance of the blog should be clear with the appropriate font size and colors. The widgets and other applications must be organize accordingly and not too crowded. Once, you have a blog, you need to have passions to update your blog so that the audiences will keep reading your blog and give good remarks.

3. When: set the dateline

4. Flexible: try various methods to achieve the goal, but do not change the goal.

5. Write your goal: Imagination very powerful

Wow..I'm so excited!!! At last, I manage to have a blog...

One of my reason to create this blog is to share my thought, my experience and knowledge with others.
